During my time at Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest manufacturer of dental supplies, I had the privilege of hiring and leading a team of experienced senior and mid-level UX designers. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and a staff shortage, I took on the role of a hands-on designer for a critical project while continuing to oversee our daily UX initiatives. I tackled this challenge with a strategic approach, collaboratively developing and implementing a comprehensive plan that successfully met 26 annual objectives.
The image below offers a preview of my 2020 roadmap. Although this is just a draft from Q4 2019, I worked closely with my direct report, the VP of e-commerce, to refine and finalize the roadmap. It proved to be an essential source of motivation and guidance for my team as we prepared to navigate the upcoming year’s challenges and opportunities.
Streamlining the Registration process at DentsplySirona:
DentsplySirona had a complex and friction latent registration process, which led me to create an all-new data-driven registration flow.
     Designed to:
Reduce user pain points (prevent user abandonment - increase conversions)
          Reduce internal data congestion
Expedite user verification from 2 weeks to 24 hours
Note: Dentsply e-commerce users must be validated as a dental organization or certified dentist before experiencing customized pricing and viewing all products.
